Emma joined Curo in 2015 as Regional Customer Accounts Manager, specialising in Universal Credit & helping manage a team of 20 front line colleagues collecting rent, sustaining tenancies, supporting customer transition to Universal Credit and preparing new customers to be ‘tenancy ready’ through Curo's passport to housing service. Before joining Curo, Emma worked for Radian Housing on the south coast as an Income Officer for 5 years and then spent some time as a Universal Credit Project Officer.
